Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. The confirmation will detail all of the legal relationship between you and Double Island - Australia Pty Ltd.
If the confirmation does not detail the legal requirement then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space for another booking.
The number of guests occupying the island must not exceed the total booked number of guests that were initially booked and/or had beds provided for.
The hired area is strictly available from 10am on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in writing and may attract a further charge.
Payments & Cancellations
All reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking.
2% Merchant Fee applies to all American Express and Diners Club Credit Cards
We accept payment in UK pounds, Euro or US Dollars directly
Reception hours: 8 am to 5.30 pm
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.
Cancellation fees for accommodation are as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to arrival: Nil.
- 29-15 days prior to arrival: The room rate for 1 night only per room cancelled.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: the room rate for cancelled nights.
